Kayo Inoue (She/Her)

Japanese Language Instructor / Language Education Counselor

Originally from Tokyo, and graduated from Gakushuin Women's College.

Earned a master's degree in World and Heritage Language Education from the School of Education at the University of Pittsburgh.

Completed a 420-hour Japanese Language Teacher Training Course at KEC Japanese Language Institute in Tokyo.

Taught Japanese to high school and university students through online private lessons and at a club in an elementary school in New York.

Experienced two childbirths in Los Angeles due to a family relocation and has raised children in Japan, the U.S., and the Republic of South Africa. Had lived in the U.S. for 13 years.

The elder daughter graduated from Tufts University and works in Washington, D.C.; the younger daughter is currently a sophomore at Duke University.

I love reading, cooking, and cats.

家族の海外転勤に伴いロサンゼルスで2度出産。日本、米国、南アフリカで子育てを経験し米国在住歴13年。長女はタフツ大学を卒業しワシントンDCにて社会人、次女はデューク大学2年生。

読書、料理、猫が好き。
